Fleet Control handles the management of groups of printers, for more efficient workflow and higher productivity. In a centralised queue in Dashboard, multiple team members can duplicate, add or prioritise print jobs for the entire 3D printer fleet and from any location at any time.

Optimise production across the entire printer fleet: when a team member uploads a print job to Dashboard, Fleet Control automatically assigns it to a printer based on consumables.

The Formlabs Automated Ecosystem
Fleet Control can be used as part of Formlabs' automated ecosystem. This sets new standards of productivity with an automated 3D printer fleet that maximises throughput through uninterrupted production while minimising labour and costs. Increasing the capacity to produce high-quality, affordable dental models in the shortest possible time and without manual intervention pushes the previous boundaries of using Formlabs printers in the lab.
Thanks to the automation of queuing, printing and part removal, production does not have to come to a halt when staff are not on site. Printers are kept running continuously and unattended over the weekend, delivering high-quality dental applications on time with shorter turnaround times. The user-friendly automated ecosystem consists of Form Auto, Fleet Control and the High Volume Resin System.
- Form Auto
The Form Auto (part no. 40351040) is a hardware add-on for Form 3+ and Form 3B+ series 3D printers. It automatically removes finished parts from the Build Platform 2 and starts the next print without any manual intervention, allowing round-the-clock 3D printing without downtime. - High Volume Resin System
The High Volume Resin System supplies 5 litres of resin to Form 3 printers via a pump system, enabling continuous printing at 5 times the capacity of a standard cartridge.
