Formlabs expands access to digital dentures with an efficient, cost-effective manufacturing solution. Long-term biocompatible Class II Digital Denture resins enable dental professionals to accurately and reliably fabricate complete dentures with 3D printing.Denture Base Resin can be used to produce durable, wear-resistant biocompatible denture bases at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. This material is also suitable for try-in dentures.
With four shades that are partially translucent, technicians can achieve lifelike gums with natural margins whether they are working with 3D printed denture teeth or acrylic denture bases.
Denture-Base-Resins are certified as biocompatible according to EN-ISO 10993-1:2009/ AC:2010:
- non-mutagenic
- not cytotoxic
- does not cause skin redness or oedema
- is not a sensitiser
- does not cause systemic toxicity

Material properties may vary depending on print geometry, print orientation, print settings and temperature.
The data refer to the properties achieved after post-curing green parts with 108 watt blue UV-A (315-400 nm) and at an ambient temperature of 80 °C (140 °F) after one hour, with six (6) 18 W/78 lamps (Dulux blue UV-A).
